Empezamos con The New New Look (como fue denominado por Harper's Bazaar UK). Propuesta por diseñadores como Marc Jacobs y Miuccia Prada, se retoma la silueta de los 50s y principios de los 60s: faldas amplias y cinturas ajustadas que se reinventan usando materiales como piel o al combinarse con piezas masculinas como boyfriend jackets que siguen super in para esta temporada.

Lets start with The New New Look (as denominated by Harper's Bazaar UK). Strongly supported by designers like Marc Jacobs and Miuccia Prada it takes the 50s and early 60s silhouette: full skirts and cinched waists that are reinvented with the use of different fabrics such as leather, or combined with masculine pieces like the boyfriend jackets that are still super hot for this season.

The Aviator
La tendencia militar en pendas de OI lleva varios años, pero para esta temporada se renueva con la inspiración aviadora. La pieza fundamental para esta tendencia es la chaqueta aviadora de piel con borreguillo. En cuanto a los looks completos hay unos estilo Amelia Earheart 100% sartoriales, y otros que contrastan lo masculino de las chaquetas (y el complemento de las botas aviadoras) con vestidos y faldas super femeninos.

The military trend has been around for the last few seasons but this fall it’s updated with the aviation inspiration. The key item for this trend is the aviator shearling lined jacket. It can be combined with sartorial looks inspired in Amelia Earheart, or contrasting the masculinity of the aviator jackets (and boots) with super feminine skirts and dresses.

Las pieles son protagónicas esta temporada no solo en abrigos si no en todo tipo de prendas (como faldas o vestidos) y accesorios. Diseñadores como Karl Lagerfeld le apuestan más a las faux atendiendo el tema ecológico sin sacrificar la elegancia de las pieles.

Fur is going to be a leading trend this Fall not only in coats and outwear but in all kinds of clothing (like skirts or dresses) and accessories. Designers like Karl Lagerfeld are using faux fur addressing the ecological subject without having to sacrifice the elegance of fur.
