Best of London Fashion Week SS 2011!
Del 17 al 21 de septiembre se presentó en Londres lo mejor de la moda británica en el marco del LFW para la temporada SS 2011. Hay muchas propuestas interesantes de los diseñadores y a continuación les presento un resumen con las tendencias que más se vieron en las pasarelas!

Fall/Winter Trend Report!
Con la temporada OI a punto de comenzar veamos un recap de las tendencias que más vienen para los próximos meses de acuerdo con lo visto en Fashion Weeks, editoriales, y colecciones!
Empezamos con The New New Look (como fue denominado por Harper's Bazaar UK). Propuesta por diseñadores como Marc Jacobs y Miuccia Prada, se retoma la silueta de los 50s y principios de los 60s: faldas amplias y cinturas ajustadas que se reinventan usando materiales como piel o al combinarse con piezas masculinas como boyfriend jackets que siguen super in para esta temporada.
With the FW season about to start lets have a recap of the trends to come for cooler weather according to Fashion Weeks, editorials, and collections!
Lets start with The New New Look (as denominated by Harper's Bazaar UK). Strongly supported by designers like Marc Jacobs and Miuccia Prada it takes the 50s and early 60s silhouette: full skirts and cinched waists that are reinvented with the use of different fabrics such as leather, or combined with masculine pieces like the boyfriend jackets that are still super hot for this season.

The Canotier Hat
El canotier hat ha sido el accesorio por excelencia de las colecciones Resort 2011 de muchos diseñadores. Incluso Galliano lució uno la semana pasada en su desfile Haute Couture FW 2011. Me encanta la versatilidad de este accesorio ya que se ve increíble combinado con estilismos formales o más casuales. Les dejo algunos de mis favoritos!
The Canotier hat has proved to be THE must accessory in a number of Resort 2011 collections. Even Galliano wore one last week for his FW Haute Couture show. I love the versatility of this accessory because it looks great with both formal and casual styles. I leave you some of my favorites!

Print Leggings!
Los leggings, como toda tendencia, han ido evolucionando y lo último es que vengan estampados! Con flores, tie dye, prints animales, tribales o geométricos. Lo mejor es combinarlos con tops largos, y en tonos neutrales como gris, negro y blanco. Yo ya quiero estrenar los míos!
Leggings like every other trend have been evolving since the first come back they made a few years ago. And the latest leggings come with prints: Flower, tie dye, tribal, and geometric!
It’s best to wear them with long jerseys in solid colors like grey, black, or white. Can’t wait to wear them!
